Terms

These terms govern your use of Station. By accepting them, you agree to the community rules below. If we update the terms, we may ask you to agree again before you continue using Station.

Who can use Station

You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your account secure and use accurate information.

Your recordings

You own the recordings you make. You give Station permission to store, process, and play them to the friends or group members you chose. This permission exists only so Station can provide the service. It ends when the recording or your account is deleted, except where a short delay is technically necessary to complete that deletion.

Recordings are kept so past shows can replay. Deleting a clip or your account permanently deletes its audio. If a recording has been reported, we keep it while the report is reviewed and delete it afterward.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Station has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not use Station to share harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit or exploitative material, graphic violence, illegal content, impersonation, scams, deception, another person’s private information, or recordings you do not have the right to share. Do not encourage self-harm or violence, interfere with the service, or try to access another person’s account.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block controls when a recording or person violates these terms or makes you feel unsafe. Reports and blocks privately notify Station’s moderation team. We do not tell the reported or blocked person who submitted them.

We review reports and blocks. Within 24 hours of receiving a report or block, we will remove content that violates these terms and suspend or eject the offending account. We may preserve reported material while we review it or when the law requires us to keep it.

Ending access

You can stop using Station or delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access when someone violates these terms, harms other people, or puts the service at risk.

The service

Station is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every recording will always be available. To the fullest extent the law permits, Station and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as Station changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice in the app or through the contact information connected to your account.
