These terms apply when you use Station. By using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use Station

You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your account secure and use accurate information.

Your recordings

You own the recordings you make. You give Station permission to store, process, and play them to the friends or station members you chose. This permission exists only so Station can provide the service. It ends when the recording or your account is deleted, except where a short delay is technically necessary to complete that deletion.

Be good to the people listening

Do not use Station to share anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or invasive of someone else’s privacy. Do not upload recordings you do not have the right to share, interfere with the service, or try to access another person’s account.

Ending access

You can stop using Station or delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access when someone seriously or repeatedly violates these terms, harms other people, or puts the service at risk.

The service

Station is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every recording will always be available. To the fullest extent the law permits, Station and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as Station changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice in the app or through the contact information connected to your account.
